This sturdy frame protects the front panel of the IC-705, and also provide a convenient carry handle.The base is tilted back 14 degrees to provide a convenient viewing angle. The kit includes a screen cover to protect the rig during transport or storage.
There are now two versions of the kit: the original which includes a snap-in screen cover, and the latest version where the screen cover is permanently mounted and flips up out of the way when the rig is in use.
This frame is available as a print-to-order kit. Assembly is straightforward, requiring only a set of metric hex keys and an adjustable wrench.
